Bill Bordelon was a warrior.
He was also a loving son, protective brother, a proud Texan and valiant Marine.
His final acts of valor inspired scores of other Marines.
For a brief moment in time, on a tiny island far away,
he strode the earth like a giant -- then, died a violent death for us all.
More than 50 years later, his family brought him home to Texas.

WHAT IS READERS' THEATER?
Actors are seated in front of the audience, as they read from their script books. Photographs, images, and underscore music are seen and heard. The combination of focused actors bringing to life the compelling and dramatic story - with historical and personal images set to music - make an unforgettable evening at the theater for all.
